These Terms of Service govern your use of Drive, a rideshare marketplace connecting passengers and independent drivers under a predictable-pricing model.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and comply with all applicable laws. Drivers must additionally hold a valid license and insurance and complete identity verification.
2. Predictable pricing
Drive uses transparent, deterministic pricing. There is no surge multiplier. The fare quoted at booking is the fare you pay, subject to changes you initiate (route changes, waiting time beyond the included allowance).
3. Fair-pay pledge
Drivers keep 85% of every fare. The remaining 15% funds platform operations, safety, insurance, and support.
4. Prohibited conduct
Harassment, discrimination, violence, weapons, illegal substances, unlicensed commercial transport, and tampering with the app are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and law-enforcement referral.
5. Payments and disputes
You authorize Drive to charge your payment method for completed rides and applicable fees. Disputes must be raised within 30 days via the in-app "Dispute this fare" flow.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or endanger the community. You may close your account at any time from Account settings.
7. Disclaimers
Drive is a technology platform; drivers are independent contractors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties.
