Drive is built on trust. This policy applies to every passenger, driver, and staff member.
Zero tolerance
- No violence, threats, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, disability, or age.
- No weapons in vehicles.
- No drug or alcohol impairment while driving or riding.
- No sexual misconduct of any kind.
Passenger commitments
- Verify the driver's name, plate, and vehicle before entering.
- Wear a seatbelt. Children must use an appropriate car seat.
- Keep the vehicle clean; damage may incur a cleaning fee.
- Set an emergency contact in Account so we can reach someone if needed.
Driver commitments
- Verify the passenger's name before starting the ride.
- Follow all traffic laws; no phone use except hands-free navigation.
- Maintain a clean, road-legal vehicle at all times.
- Never solicit off-app tips or additional cash.
Reporting
Report any concern through the in-app dispute flow or email safety@driveandeats.com. In an emergency, dial 911 first, then notify us.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal. Serious incidents are referred to law enforcement.
